Single Session

Who Is this for? Clients who want maximum flexibility, occasional sessions, or a one-time check-in.

Single sessions provide fully personalized 1:1 coaching tailored to your goals, experience level, and schedule. This option is ideal for clients who already train regularly, are traveling, or want expert guidance without a multi-session commitment.

Foundational Package

Who Is this for? New clients who want to get started with personalized training and see if it’s the right fit.

The Foundation Package is a one-month introductory program designed to establish a strong base through personalized 1:1 coaching, proper movement mechanics, and goal-setting. Over four sessions, we focus on building confidence, improving technique, and creating momentum.

*This package is available one time only and must be completed within 30 days from the start of client’s first session. At the end of the month, clients transition into either the Consistency or Transformation Package to continue training.

Consistency Package

Who is this for? Ideal for clients training 1–2 times per week who want accountability, progress, and flexibility.

The Consistency Package is designed for clients ready to train regularly and make measurable progress. With eight committed sessions, training becomes structured and goal-driven, supporting steady improvements in strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

Transformative Package

Who is this for? Ideal for clients focused on committing to a lifestyle of change

The Transformation Package offers the most value and the strongest opportunity for long-term results. With 12 committed sessions, training becomes a routine, allowing for progressive programming, deeper coaching, and meaningful change.
